Healthy Cinnamon Sugar Cookies

Simple, and super healthy sugar cookies (vegan and gf) that have been such a staple for me lately.

I have been making these 4-ingredient cookies again and again for a snack or for a dessert!


  • 2 ripe bananas

  • *2 cups almond flour - (I like Bob's Redmill Brand)

  • 1 cup plant milk

  • cinnamon for topping


  1. preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. add milk and bananas to a blender or food processor and pulse until fully combined

  3. mix flour and banana mixture together

  4. prepare a baking tray with lined parchment paper and separate batter into 5-10 cookies, then top with a light coating of cinnamon

  5. bake in the oven for 15 mins or until cooked through

*I wouldn't recommend subbing with an alternative gf flour. I've tried, but the cookies did not yield the same results!
