Plant-based Protein Chocolate Pudding

Creamy, Sweet, and good-for-you chocolate pudding.

I have been cutting back on my fats recently because of some digestive issues I have been having, and because of that I have been extra hungry in between meals. I've been trying out a lot of new healthy snack options the past few weeks and this is easily one of my favorites. This would also be perfect as a dessert or honestly even breakfast!

I have been in search of a high quality sustainably sourced vegan protein and am so happy I found this one from Four Sigmatic. The protein blend is super clean (made with just pea, hemp, coconut, and chia seeds), does not include weird natural flavors or stevia, and its also filled with healing mushrooms and stress-reducing adaptogens!

The ingredient list for this chocolate pudding is super simple (just 3 ingredients!!) and takes less than 5 minute to prepare.

  • 1 packet of Four Sigmatic Creamy Cacao Protein

  • 2 over-ripe bananas (bananas with some spots)

  • 1/4 cup of any type of plant milk (I like this one)

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender - I use a Nutribullet!

  2. Transfer to a bowl, and put in the fridge to chill for a couple of hours, or overnight

  3. Add fruit (I like to add raspberries or strawberries)
