Raspberry Chocolate Fudge Cookies

These five-ingredient chocolate fudge cookies always satisfy my craving for something rich and chocolatey but are made with all healthy, whole food ingredients! (vegan + GF)


  • 1 cup cacao powder

  • 2/3 + 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 avocado

  • raspberries to top

*mix makes about 8 cookies


  1. In a bowl or blender, mash avocado until a smooth and consistent texture is reached

  2. Combine avocado with maple syrup, baking powder, and cacao powder, and mix together until fully combined

  3. Prepared a parchment-lined baking sheet and add cookie mix

  4. Top each cookie with raspberries

  5. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes

  6. Cool cookies for 20 minutes outside of the oven before you enjoy!
